My backgroud

I possess significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, company valuations and other strategic advisory. I also have gained solid experience in crisis management and refinancing processes.

I prefer a thorough analytical approach to problems. Especially in major change situations of a company, the financial analysis needs to be conducted in a versatile way and with care in order to create a solid basis for the decision making.

My know-how is based on 20 years of experience at the Corporate Finance unit of Nordea’s Investment Bank. Prior to my banking career, I worked as a consultant for the forest industry at Jaakko Pöyry Management Consulting.

I hold two Master’s Degrees, in Economic Sciences and in Engineering.
