Juhani Ahola

My experience exceeds 25 years in successful completion of various types of company transactions for private or public companies.

I have worked with many types of transactions from IPOs to large structured auctions. The M&A deals are my favorites – they require a comprehensive commitment and understanding as well as perseverance in order to maximize the value obtained.

I was a Director with the Nordea’s Investment Banking in 1997-2024. Prior to banking career I worked as a management consultant with Jaakko Pöyry Management Consulting.

My education includes Master of Science (Eng.) degree and an MBA.

 

Pekka Kautto

I possess significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, company valuations and other strategic advisory. I also have gained solid experience in crisis management and refinancing processes.

I prefer a thorough analytical approach to problems. Especially in major change situations of a company the financial analysis needs to be conducted in a versatile way and with care in order to create a solid basis for the decision making.

My know-how is based on 25 years of experience at PK Advisory and at the Corporate Finance unit of Nordea’s Investment Bank. Prior to my banking career, I worked as a management consultant for the forest industry at Jaakko Pöyry Management Consulting.

I hold two Master’s Degrees, in Economic Sciences and in Engineering.

 

Lauri Turtiainen

My advisory experience includes more than 10 years in very broad range of company transactions, including structured acquisition processes (both sell and buy side), mergers and demergers as well as financing through capital raising, refinancing, IPOs and other equity issues.

I worked almost 10 years in Investment Banking at Nordea and Danske Bank. Thereafter I have worked as a CFO and partner in a start-up company. I joined PK Advisory in the beginning of 2024.

I hold a Master’s degree in Engineering.
